one lead.
01Before One Lead
We needed a clear process to make the most of every lead.
Leads scattered. No shared history.
Needs and readiness unchecked before sales.
Ownership, next actions and deadlines unclear.
No automated routing, reminders or nurturing.
It took us 24–48 hours to pass leads to sales.
Response, follow-up and outcomes hard to assess.
No shared learning from sales outcomes.
Every lead was an investment.
Delays put it at risk.
Illustrative flow
When a lead was called “dead”, we had no shared history to understand why.
Was the customer ready?
Had we qualified their needs?
Did the 24–48-hour handoff
let their interest fade?
Who contacted them?
What happened, and what was next?
We needed every lead to have
an owner, a next action, and a history we could follow.

Ready for salesOne Lead app · Fictional customer · Illustrated handoff
This desktop presentation starts on a tablet home screen. Tap the One Lead icon or use Next to open the call-centre app. Back and Next, or Left and Right Arrow, move one step at a time. Back from the app opening returns to the tablet home screen; Back again returns to the preceding system diagram. Clicking elsewhere in this demonstration does not advance it. Visible tap rings mark each action. The call guide follows the matching question and keeps its prompt readable. Advance through the shared questionnaire, live score, conditional trade-in details, test-drive booking and sales brief, then compare a cold lead routed to nurture. Each action plays and holds for explanation. Replay repeats the current step. Pause freezes the opening transition, taps, scrolling and call timer together. Customers and appointments are fictional. Scores describe the sample answers, not performance results. Closing cards illustrate the saved routes.

Actual app UI · Fictional leads · Contact actions simulated
Open the One Lead sales app from its phone icon. Back and Next or Left and Right Arrow move one step. See the real swipeable feed and qualification brief, a simulated contact action, the real Result menu and follow-up picker, then the saved callback in In Progress. All records are fictional and saves are local to the demonstration. Replay repeats a step. Pause freezes gestures, app transitions and timers. Background clicks do not advance. Back from the sales home screen returns to the qualification screen.
OUR MANAGER’S WORKSPACE
Actual report UI · Illustrative team figures · Fictional customers
Open the manager report. Each click explains one part: team overview, activity by salesperson, sales response time, results and visits, an individual report, daily lead details, an uncontacted lead, then a return to the team. The contact-rate figure uses recorded sales activity, including attempts, not only successful conversations. Sales response time is separate from the qualification team's first-call measure. All figures and customers are fictional. Back, Next, Replay and pause are available; background clicks do not advance. The final step continues to the visit checks.
A clear view of the follow-up.

Actual app UI · Fictional records and figures · Simulated calls and time progression
Start on the manager app icon. Each click demonstrates one step: team, owner, next action, waiting lead, call-centre reminders, appointment confirmation, its saved result, attendance check and shared history. Appointment confirmation and completed attendance are different events. Calls and time progression are simulated; all saves stay in the demonstration. Back, Next, Replay and pause remain available. Background clicks do not advance. Back from the opening returns to the manager report.
Our goal: a real conversation in the showroom.
Illustrative journey · Fictional customer
Follow one fictional customer from an enquiry through qualification, sales follow-up, appointment confirmation, attendance and a shared outcome history. Each click reveals one stage and its responsible team. Confirmation is not attendance. The return line represents information, not another customer handoff. Back removes the later stages; Replay repeats the selected animation. Pause freezes the shared animation clock. End shows the full journey; Home returns to the opening screen.
Our MG results, from the Super Manager report.
MG · Since launch · Super Manager report checked 26 Oct 2026
Report-level totals · 40 min: team-reported first call
Reveal each funnel stage with Next: 35,625 leads received, 34,965 leads called, 20,504 real contacts and 11,536 sent to sales. These are MG since-launch totals from the Super Manager report, not sums of agent rows. Received leads exclude the historical archive and linked duplicates. The final sales stage is the P1 report’s sent-to-sales outcome, not the current sales stock. Next reveals the team-reported 40 minutes from receiving a lead to the qualification team’s first call; this was not independently verified from a dial timestamp. The final click shows our next focus. Back removes later stages. Replay repeats the current reveal. Pause freezes animation. End shows the complete closing; Home returns to the beginning.

MG · Report snapshot checked 26 Oct 2026 · Sales coverage uses its own report population
2-day average and visit-recording gap: team-reported · No visit-to-sale conversion claimed
The preceding four-stage since-launch funnel remains visible. Sales coverage is 11,142 of 11,802 first sales handoffs, or 94.4 percent, shown as approximately 95 percent. This is recorded sales activity, not proof of an answered call. The sales-report population differs from the call-centre P1 last-outcome population. The team reports an average two days from handoff to first sales contact. This is not a claim that 95 percent were contacted within two days. The owner confirms that showroom visits are not recorded consistently. The connection to completed sales remains incomplete; neither visit counts nor a visit-to-sale conversion rate is claimed. Use Next, Back and Replay to explain each part.
Acquisition optimisation · Across our brands
This final chapter explores acquisition optimisation. It begins with our animated One Lead process, then zooms into its six acquisition channels to show 4,000–7,000 monthly leads across all our brands and more than 40% of our marketing budget invested in lead generation. Each following click reveals sharper targeting, research on Wandaloo, our partnership, audiences based on model interest, product-manager validation, an illustrative Clio and Peugeot to Yaris match, and the approach across our brands. Monthly leads and budget share are team-provided context. The approximate 60% reach is a team estimate. Browsing signals describe audience interests, not individually qualified customers. Product managers validate model relevance; One Lead qualification follows an enquiry. Illustrations contain no live tracking or real customer data. Back returns one step; Back from the zoom restores the complete process and Back from the opening returns to the preceding chapter. Replay repeats the selected reveal. Pause freezes the dots and zoom together; reduced motion shows the illustration without animation. Home returns to the opening cover and End shows the last targeting step.
Start with marketing investment. Each click reveals one more part: Instagram, Facebook, GDN, TikTok, LinkedIn, Website, the holding places, sales, then lost leads. Earlier parts remain visible and keep animating. Nothing advances automatically. After the complete flow, Show remarks turns the diagram grey and shows one coloured remark at a time. After the seventh remark, Continue story opens the second screen. Follow one illustrative lead through questions about quality, delay and follow-up, then reveal what every lead needed. Build the system opens screen three: sources, real-time synchronisation and central database, qualification app, sales app, nurturing, manager visibility, then activity syncing back to the shared record. Each click adds one part. Screen four demonstrates the call-centre app in a tablet. Return to Sara follows the qualified lead into screen five: the phone icon, qualified card, swipeable feed, brief, contact, Result menu, follow-up picker and saved callback. See manager report opens screen six: team activity, response times, outcomes and individual lead detail. Follow the visit checks continues to screen seven: manager visibility and the call centre’s appointment and attendance checks. Follow the full journey opens screen eight: enquiry, qualification, sales follow-up, appointment confirmation, attendance and feedback. See our results opens screen nine: the since-launch funnel from leads received to called, real contacts and sent to sales, followed by the team-reported first-call time and our next focus. Zoom into sales KPIs continues the same funnel on screen ten: approximately 95 percent with recorded sales activity, a team-reported average two days to first sales contact, inconsistent visit records and the incomplete link to completed sales. Each action holds for explanation; Back, Next and Replay remain available. Explore our targeting opens the final Wandaloo chapter: the animated One Lead process, a zoom into lead generation and our investment, purchase intent, model research, our partnership, audience segments, product expertise, a Yaris example and the connection to One Lead. Each step holds for explanation; Back, Replay and pause remain available. A small symbol beside Next shows whether the action is playing, paused or complete. Hover or focus it for details; ambient flow can continue after a step is ready. Pause or resume with the playback button or P without changing the step. Space, Enter and Right Arrow advance. Left Arrow goes back, including to the preceding screen. Home returns to the opening cover. End shows the last step of the current screen. Reduced-motion preference starts the animation paused.
Before One Lead, we invested in generating leads across our brands and channels, but lacked a shared system and a clear process to make the most of each enquiry. Moving circles follow Instagram, Facebook, Google Display Network (GDN), TikTok, LinkedIn and Website into one column of separate holding places: Email inboxes, Excel files, Back office, WhatsApp, Agency reports and Personal lead lists. The final three are draft examples for review. Leads wait in the trays. Some turn purple with a cross before taking the dashed route to lost leads. Others continue to sales; delayed leads gradually turn pale blue and gain a frost mark as interest cools. The moving circles and their timing illustrate the process, not measured volumes, response times or loss proportions. Showing a remark turns the diagram grey while keeping the animation running. Crosses still identify lost leads and frost marks identify cold leads. Each click replaces the current coloured callout with the next issue, using a circle, connector and explanation. The order is central database, qualification, workflow, automation, slow handoffs, KPIs and feedback. Our experience was that passing leads to sales took 24–48 hours. Every lead was an investment; delays put it at risk.
